How much does it cost and how long does it last?
One hour. Online, by video call, it costs €197 + VAT; in person, €337 + VAT. It is a one-off payment, with no commission.
What is the 360° listing review?
We go through your listing from top to bottom (photos, title, description, amenities, pricing, calendar, house rules and reviews) and tell you the changes and improvements we would make if the property were ours.
How do I book the session?
Message us on WhatsApp or leave your details in the contact form, and we will agree a day and time.
How is it different from full management?
With the consultancy you keep managing your property and pay once. With full management we take care of everything in exchange for a commission of 18 % + VAT on what you receive, with no tie-in.
